By completing and submitting this Website’s “Get a Quote Now” feature, users agree to pay a minimum service fee for services rendered based on the details of his/her request. TCQ-AUTO charges a minimum service fee per vehicle transaction of $250. Clients may be charged $175 based on ease of request and service hours required. Only a company Officer may authorize a reduced service fee.

Service fee may be assessed in any circumstance based on the following requirements:
– Website user completes and submits “Quote Now” form (Homepage or Contact Us pages)
– TCQ-AUTO communicates directly to Website user via at least 1 of 3 communication methods: email, phone call, text messages
– Website user utilizes TCQ-AUTO services requiring more than 2 hours of service labor
– TCQ-AUTO has documentation supporting Website user original request, plus supporting documentation relating to services rendered

TCQ-AUTO reserves the right to pursue service fees unpaid by any means necessary including legal means. By pursuing legal means, Website users will be required to reimburse all legal fees associated with recoupment of original service fee agreed to herein.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

- Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent.
